Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, catmint stalks, mint leaves, Saint John's wort stalks.

Usage: Improves the respiratory, digestive and nervous system. Has anti-inflammatory, refreshing effect. Mono teas

example1 Saint John's wort
(Hypericum perforatum L.)

Ingredients: 100% hypericin stalks.

Used for: Saint John's wort preparations are used for treeting liver disease, gall bladder, stomach and intestinal ulcers, colitis, cystitis, as well as to internal bleeding, rheumatism, gout and the treatment of central nervous system.

Used externally to treat burns and wounds.

Usage instructions:  Pour 1 tablespoon of herbs to 1 cup of boiling water, brew for 15 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

 

example1 Valerian tea
(Valeriana officinalis L.)

Ingredients: 100% medical valerian root.

Used for: Valerian reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, improves the cardiovascular system, increases the effects of sleeping pills, and also has spasmolytic properties. Used as a nervous system sedative, insomnia, headaches, cancer, improvement of appetite and in gastrointestinal spasms cases.

Usage instructions:  10 g of valerian root and rootstock place into an enamel bowl, pour 300 ml  boiled water at room temperature, cover with a lid and heat in boiling water for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes at room temperature, filter, and expel the remaining liquid. Add boiled water to the resulting infusion volume to reach 300 ml.

(Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.)

Ingredients: common red bilberry leaves.

Used for: Red bilberries have water, astringent, anti-inflammatory, sedative and antiseptic qualities.
Infusion is used for kidney stone disease, bladder infections, kidney failure, gastritis with low acid content,for the treatment of urinary incontinence in children at night.

(Folium plantaginis majoris L.)

Ingredients: Plantain, a large (leaves chopped).

Used for: Plantain leaves infusion improves respiratory epithelial features, promotes mucus secretion and clearance from the bronchi. It makes expectoration easier. Is used for bronchitis, dry coughs, bronchial asthma, the treatment of tuberculosis.

Usage instructions:  Pour 1 tablespoon of herbs to 1 cup of boiling water, brew for 15 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day

(Urtica Dioica L.)

Ingredients: 100% of large nettle leaves.

Used for: used in medicine to anaemia, atherosclerosis, muscular and joint rheumatism, eczema itchy skin, diseases of bile ducts, to haemorrhoids, constipation, gastrointestinal colic, indigestion. Also used as a means to promote lactation. Used externally in the form of infusion to burns, as well as to hair loss.

Usage instructions:   Oral - 4 tsp. chopped leaves on 1glass boiled water (daily dose). Infusion used as a compress to treat burns and wounds. Against hair loss - 100g chopped herbs infused with 0.5 l of water and 0.5 litres of vinegar boil for 30 minutes. Wash your head with this brew in the evening (without soap)

(Carum carvi L)

Ingredients: 100% Caraway (ordinary, fruit)

Used for: Used in infusions and decoctions.

Works as antiseptic, spasmolytic, stimulates the digestive glands. Is used for flatulence, gastrointestinal colic, indigestion, intestinal catarrh, treatment of airway inflammation.

Usage instructions:  3 teaspoons chopped fruit to the glass of water and boil for 15 minutes, leave to steep for 10 min. in an enclosed vessel. (Daily dose)

(Herba equiseti)

Ingredients: 100% horsetail stalks (speedwell).

Used for: It has astringent, haemostatic and diuretic features. Internally used for infection of the lungs (tuberculosis) and the treatment of urinary tract illness.

Externally used for baths and compresses, at difficult healing wounds and sores, inflammation of the throat and for mouth rinsing,   nose bleeds.

Usage instructions:  4 tsp. horsetails on 2 cups boiling water (the dose for 2 days), drink a small sip.

External infusion: A topical form of infusion, one tablespoon to 1 glass of water, boils for 30 minutes


example1 Coltsfoot tea
(Tussilago farfara L.)

Ingredients: 100% coltsfoot (common)

Used for: coltsfoot leaves are used as expectorant agent to lung diseases, respiratory tract, mouth and throat irritations. They have anti-inflammatory, healing, softening, and a little perspiratory and bile –impellent effect.

Usage instructions: 1/3 cup 3 times a day.

 

Motherwort tea      
(Leonurus Cardiaca  L.)

Ingredients: 100% Motherwort stalks

Used for: in folk medicine used as  infusion   , extract and tincture form as sedatives and neuroleptics of cardiovascular neurosis, early stages of hypertension, cardio sclerosis, to an increase in nervous irritability, stomach and duodenal ulcers, neuralgia, angina, climacteric period.

Usage instructions:  pour 2 tablespoons of herbs in a glass of boiling water, keep in a water bath for 15 min., cool for 45 min., percolate and take a half a glass 2 times a day.

 

example1 Lady’s mantle tea
(Alchemilla vulgaris L.)

Ingredients: 100% lady’s mantle stalks.

Used for: In traditional medicine used to site infusion of diarrhoea, stomach ulcers, liver and kidney pain, various bleeding.

Externally used to treat eye irritation, to stop nose bleeding, to severe rhinitis. Is also used for acne removal and wound healing.

Usage instructions:  Pour 2 teaspoons in a glass of boiling water, drink 1 cup drained during the day.

Ingredients: 100% wormwood (bitter stalks)

Used for: In traditional medicine wormwood is used against malaria, by intestinal colics, appetite increase, gastritis treatment, improving the digestive system. Wormwood is used internally to dermatoses with a reduced secretion of digestive glands and as anthelmintic, sedative, bile-impellent, a diuretic. Presence of chamazulene in wormwood based on their activity against allergic skin diseases.

Usage instructions:  1-2 teaspoons infused with 200 ml of boiling water, brew for 20-30 minutes. Use during the day

(Bidens tripartita L.)

Ingredients: 100% herb bur marigola.

Used for: is used as a diaphoretic for colds, as a diuretic in diseases of the urinary organs, as well as anti-inflammatory and anti allergic agent in various diatheses and pustular diseases. Take bur marigola in case of diseases in  the liver, biliary tract, in case of  rickets.

In folk medicine Bur marigola is used internally as a good blood cleaning and anti-allergic remedy. Also used for chronic skin diseases, eczema; diathesis, urticaria, scrofula. Externally - for washing and bathing in the diathesis of coetaneous manifestations, to accelerate healing of abrasions and wounds with scabies and eczema.

(Origanum vulgare)

Ingredients: Oregano herbs.

Used for: origano herbs are taken orally when having disorders of the nervous system, insomnia, intestinal atony when, in hypo-anatsidnyh gastritis, reduced secretion of digestive glands and reduced appetite. In cholecystitis and biliary dyskinesia, as well as a diaphoretic and expectorant. Accepted for bronchitis, bronchiectasis, and other cold-related diseases.
Externally the infusion of herbs oregano is used as a rinse anti-inflammatory, deodorizing, and analgesic effects in diseases of the oral cavity, pharynx, and throat; in the form of compresses and aromatic baths - with sore and rashes on the skin and diathesis.

Contraindications: Pregnancy.

Usage instructions:  1-2 teaspoons of tea, pour 200 ml boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes. Consume throughout the day.

(Mentha piperita L.)

Ingredients: 100% peppermint.

Used for: Peppermint has antispasmodic, analgesic, antiseptic, cholagogue and some laxative effect. Used as a cardiac stimulant and analgesic (for headache) aid. Used for hypertension as a means of improving blood circulation reflex of the brain and heart. How antispasmodic mint enhances the secretion of digestive glands.
The infusion and tincture of peppermint leaves is used as a reиmedy for nausea and vomiting and to improve digestion.

(Achillea millefolium L.)

Ingredients: yarrow herb.

Used for: In folk medicine, yarrow herb is used  as a haemostatic, for healing wounds, it is taken for liver disease, gout, rheumatism, tuberculosis of the lymph glands, lung tuberculosis, anaemia, painful menstruation, as a sedative.

Contraindications: pregnancy.

Usage instructions:  1-2 teaspoons of tea, pour 200 ml boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes. Consume throughout the day.

 

example1 Chamomile tea
(Matricaria chamomilla)

Ingredients: 100% chamomile / German chamomile .

Used for: Chamomile drug used as an infusion as a spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, diaphoretic, cholagogue remedy,  in diseases of the digestive organs, spastic colitis, chronic, accompanied by fermentation in the intestines, diarrhea, flatulence, gastritis, to stimulate bile secretion; externally used for rinsing the mouth and throat with tonsillitis, laryngitis, enemas, lotions. In folk medicine, chamomile is used for eczema, burns, boils. When the pain is in the joints and bruises infusion of chamomile are used for hot poultices.

Contraindications: Pregnancy.

Usage instructions:  For poultices: 3-4 tablespoons of flowers brewed with boiling water until a thick pasty mass. The hot slurry is spread on a thin  linen cloth and applied to affected area for 20-40 minutes. Infusion: 1-2 teaspoons of tea, pour 200 ml boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes. Consume throughout the day.

(Flores calendulae)

Ingredients: 100% calendula.

Used for: used as anti-inflammatory , wound healing, antibacterial, antispasmodic analgesic. Helps with cuts, bruises, festering wounds, burns, frostbite, to gargle for sore throat, paradonthosis, gingivitis, thrush in children, seborrhoea, abrasions, erosions of the cervix, colpitis.

In folk medicine, calendula is anti-tumour and anti-inflammatory agent.  Calendula herbs infusion is used for gastritis, kidney disease, hypertension, gastroenteritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers. Externally - for conjunctivitis, internally and externally – for decreasing vision. In case of a spine tumour use inward and outward – as compresses. Infusion of flowers is used for as a tonic, with arrhythmias and other heart diseases.

Occasionally calendula can cause allergies.

Usage instructions: 1-2 teaspoons of tea, pour 200 ml boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes. Consumе throughout the day.

 

example1 Catnip tea
(Nepeta cafaria L)

Ingredients: 100% herb catnip.

Used for: catnip is used in folk medicine in the form of decoctions and infusions.

Broth  enhances the body's defenses, a positive effect on the cardiovascular, nervous and respiratory system, stimulates the appetite. It is used for anemia, cough, liver disorders, jaundice, intestinal atony, hysteria, headaches, gynecological diseases, as well as anti-helminthic agent. Soothing catnip appears very strong, so it is best to take before going to bed.
Infusion of catnip is used for anemia, exhaustion, to excite the appetite, stomach catarrh, whooping cough, difficulty of breathing, shortness of breath, liver disease, women's diseases, nervous disorders, hysteria, headaches, cramps and as antihelmintic.

Externally the grass is used for various skin diseases.

Usage instructions: 1-2 teaspoons of tea, pour 200 ml boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes. Consume throughout the day.

 

example1 Birch leaf tea
(Betula pendula roth L.)

Ingredients: 100% birch leaves

Used for: Birch leaves have infusion for cholagogic and a diuretic. Is used for kidney, gall bladder and urinary tract inflammatory conditions, persons with chronic cholecystitis.

Usage instructions:  6-8g herbs infused with 0.5 l of hot water and boil for 10 minutes, using a 50 g three times daily with meals. Good chopped and steamed leaves a good help to the "bone pain" of the joints, damaged rheumatic processes. Place on the ground and there they suffer from 2-4 hours. Course of treatment is 7-10 days
